4. Receive, discuss and act on requests of Chris Warfel regarding Great Salt Pond infrastructure:

· Alternative locations for public boat ramp

· Locations for creating infrastructure needed by fishing vessels and aquaculture farms

· Addition of upweller to proposed dinghy dock
