New Shoreham Town Council Meeting

The council will meet via telecommunication due to emergency protocols

1.   Town Manager update, EMA update, Medical Center update

2.   Discuss and act on any updates to the town's current Emergency Covid-19 Ordinance

3.   Discuss and act on any logistical changes to the Town’s COVID-19 emergency response and enforcement which might need Town Council input or approval. 

Two ways to listen: 

1.   Dial in via smartphone or landline to listen to the meeting via the Zoom platform (Phone Number:  1-929-205-6099; Meeting ID: 355 316 976) You will be able to listen to the entire Town Council but you will not be able to participate.  Please keep your phones muted if possible.

2.   Listen to the live stream on the Block Island Times website.  The Council is practicing social distancing and First Warden Lacoste will be the only one in the room.

Two ways to comment: 

1.   Send your comments and questions before 1:00 today to townclerk@new-shoreham.com.  They will be printed out and distributed to the Town Council.  The Council will be able to take time to read them before the meeting.

2.   Email your comments and questions during the meeting to townclerk@new-shoreham.com.  Depending on the volume received, your comments will be summarized for the record.  Questions may be addressed during or after the meeting.
