1.      Report on January 23, 2020 meeting with Rhode Island Airport Corporation regarding Block Island Airport issues

 

2.      Update from Finance Director regarding 2021 budget issues

 

3.      Receive and Act on recommendation from Shellfish Commission re Annual Shellfish Closure dates for Great Salt Pond

 

4.      Receive and act on final revisions to New Shoreham Harbor Management Plan and forward to RI Coastal Resources Management Commission for review prior to adoption by Town Council

 

5.      Receive and act on Communication from Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission with recommendations on number of taxi relief drivers allowed per vehicle and the hours taxis would be required to operate  

 

6.      Receive and act on TNS Board of Tax Assessors letter re: abatements to the 2019 Property Roll totaling $3,907.14

 

7.      Legislative agenda

 

8.      Act on appointments: Interim Harbormaster, Board of Assessment Review, Deer Task Force, Library Board of Trustees, Recreation Board, Town Moderator

 

9.      Approval of minutes

 

10.  Potential Acquisition Receive and act on update from Town Manager on potential acquisitions (This may be held in closed session pursuant to §42-46-5(a)(5): “Any discussion or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public”)
