1. Public Hearing: Application of “54 Dodge Street Block Island OpCo, LLC” to amend TNS Zoning Ordinance to add a new definition “Accessory Hotel Room” to Section 202; add a new use to 312 (E ) and add a new Section 407 ( C), “Standards in the Old Harbor Commercial District” regarding the development of hotels
2. Receive and Act on Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Refunding Bonds in order to take advantage of the lower interest rates which currently are prevailing
3. Discuss and act on Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance II of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted May 27, 2020” pertaining to communal housing and other issues during the COVID-19 pandemic
4. Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance III of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted June 24, 2020 Masks” pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic
5. Receive and act on communication from Dr. Peter Paton, University of Rhode Island, Scott Comings, The Nature Conservancy, and Lisa Nolan, SE Light Foundation, requesting Special Temporary Permit for two 20-foot bird tracking telemetry towers at TNC property at Plat 12, Lot 14 and SE Light Foundation property at Plat 8, Lot 1
6. Vacancies on Boards, Committee and Commissions
· Board of Assessment Review, 1 three-year position
· Recreation Board 1 one-year alternate position
· New Shoreham Sewer Commission: 1 five-year position, 2 one-year alternates
· New Shoreham Board of Water Commissioners: 1 five-year position, 2 one-year alternate
7. Receive Report and Act on Agreement for Grant of Easements with Deepwater Wind Block Island LLC [This may discussion may be held in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-1(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.]
8. Receive Report and act on Agreement for Grant of Easement with Narragansett Electric Company, Inc. [This may discussion may be held in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-1(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.

Instructions will be emailed back. You must log in half an hour before the meeting starts.
