3. Discuss and act on refunding of bonds and/or notes of $1.8m related to the purchase of a majority portion of the outstanding shares of stock of the Block Island Power Company (now Island Light and Power)

Receive Report and Act on agreement for grant of easement with Deepwater Wind Block Island LLC [This may discussion may be held in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-1(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.

1. Send your comments and questions 12 hours before the meeting to townclerk@new-shoreham.com. They will be printed out and distributed to the Town Council. The Council will be able to take time to read them before the meeting.
2. Register to speak by phone during the meeting by emailing the number of the phone you’ll be using, your name, and the organization (if any) you are representing to townclerk@new-shoreheam.com 12 hours before the meeting. Instructions will be emailed back. You must log in half an hour before the meeting starts.
