The New Shoreham Town Council will meet via telecommunication pursuant to

State of Rhode Island Executive Order 20-25 dated April 15, 2020.

 

Agenda

 

1.   Town Council continued Budget Discussion

 

2.   Budget Public Hearing

 

3.   Receive and Act and Request of the Broadband Committee Authorization to participate in FCC’s Auction 904 Rural Digital Opportunity Fund

 

4.   Receive and Act and Request of the Broadband Committee Request for Warrant Question at Financial Town Meeting

 

5.   Receive and act on tax abatements

 

6.   Receive and act on recommendation of the Tax Collector regarding uncollectable 2010 taxes

 

7.   Authorization of over expenditures of certain appropriations, not exceeding the adopted FY2020 Budget

 

8.   Act on assignment of 2020 capital and operating funds for use in 2021, renewal of prior years’ unexpended assignments and release of expired assignments

 

9.   Authorize transfer of landing fees to the General Fund
