1.   Discuss and act on proposed extension of the 2017 Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and Block Island Recycling Mgt., Inc. pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the transfer station and recycling center

 

2.   Receive draft Management Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham, New Shoreham Sewer District and the New Shoreham Water District and discuss and act on possible changes

 

3.   Boards, Committees and Commissions

·         Receive resignation from Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission

 

4.   Town Manager’s Report

·         Update and Discussion of Ongoing Public Works Projects

·         Update and Discussion of Administrative Projects

 

5.   Correspondence: Town’s notice as abutter for Sept 23rd Zoning Board Public Hearing application for Special Use Permit for employee housing and relocation of singe family dwelling (Plat 6, Lo t 123 Dodge Street)

7.   Receive update from Town Solicitor regarding McGinnes v. Town of New Shoreham, et al. (This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a)(2) for sessions pertaining to litigation.)

 

8.   Receive and act on recommendations regarding potential property acquisition. (This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5) for any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.)
