1. Public Hearing: Consider and act on issuance of an Outdoor Entertainment License for outdoor amplification or entertainment, pursuant to Chapter 8, Article IX. Section 8-254 of the Revised Ordinances of the Town of New Shoreham. The following named establishment has made an application with the Office of the Town Clerk: Tail Finns LLC d.b.a. Finns, 212 Water Street, Plat 6, Lot 157. All remonstrant are entitled to be heard before the granting or denial of said license at the time of the Public Hearing.
2. Discuss and Act on possible adoption of Proposed Amendment to TNS Zoning Section 111, General Prohibitions (Living Floor Area), which would prohibit a living floor area in excess of 4,500 square feet, or building volume in excess of 65,000 square feet, and reduce building footprints for residential structures in the RA and RB Zones, pursuant to a Public Hearing held July 21, 2021.
3. Discuss and Act on possible adoption of Proposed Amendment to TNS Zoning Section 514, Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones. The New Shoreham Town Council will consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance which would reduce “Floor Area Living,” building volume, and building footprints for residential structures in the RA and RB Zones, pursuant to a Public Hearing held July 21, 2021.
4. Discuss and Act on possible adoption of Proposed Amendment to TNS Zoning Map, changing Plat 19 Lot 2 West Side Road from Residential A Zone to New Harbor Commercial Zone, pursuant to a Public Hearing held July 21, 2021.
5. Boards, Committees and Commissions:

· Discuss and act on Appointment to Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire Committee
6. Discuss and act on an emergency Town ordinance to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of and visitors to the Town which are imminently imperiled by the unforeseen circumstance of a large spike in the increase in COVID-19 cases in the Town as reported by the Block Island Medical Center.
