3.   Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinances Pertaining to Solar Arrays: Section 517 Solar Energy Systems; Section 425 Criteria for Special Use Permits- Solar Energy Systems. The proposed language may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. 6.   Receive and act on recommendation from Shellfish Commission re Annual Shellfish Closure dates for Great Salt Pond 2021

7.   Receive memorandum from Chris Warfel re: Shell Collection and Recycling Program 2020

9.   Receive recommendation to award bid for Eventide Voice Recording System for Police Station to Interaction Insight Corporation in the amount of $13,432.35
