Town Council Meeting as Board of License Commissioners: Receive and act on application for Transfer of Class BV liquor license from W.Food Group, LLC, Members: Jessica Wronowski & Adam Wronowski, d/b/a Finn’s to Ernie’s Old Harbour Restaurant, Inc. Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinances Pertaining to Solar Arrays: Section 517 Solar Energy Systems; Section 425 Criteria for Special Use Permits- Solar Energy Systems. The proposed language may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing.
