1.            Set a public hearing date:  Proposed Amendments to TNS Zoning Article 4 Criteria for Special Use Permits, Section 517 Solar Energy Systems and Section 425 Solar Energy Systems

 

2.            Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance II of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted May 27, 2020” as amended, pertaining to communal housing and other issues during the COVID-19 pandemic”

 

3.            Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance III of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted June 24, 2020 Masks” as amended, pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic

 

4.            Discuss and act on proposed revisions to New Shoreham’s Home Rule Charter as provided by Charter Review Commission and amended by Town Council after discussion on December 16, 2020 and December 21, 2020

 

5.            Announce, discuss and act on January 5, 2021 Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) Public Meeting on General Aviation Airport Strategic Business Plan for Block Island State Airport

 

6.            Receive and act on resignations and annual appointments of TNS Officials and Members of Boards, Committees and Commissions (continued from December 16, 2020)
