1.   Discuss and act on proposed revisions to New Shoreham’s Home Rule Charter as provided by Charter Review Commission and amended per Town Council discussion on December 16, 2020 and December 21, 2020

·         Section 407: Town Council compensation

·         Section 605 A, E and F: Budget Procedures

·         Section 402: Council qualifications and eligibly to serve on other boards

·         Review changes to Section 304: Publication of Warrant

·         Review changes to Section 506 J: Town Manager duties – assessment of seasonal fluctuations

·         Review changes to Section 907: Police Advisory Commission

 

2.   Discuss and act on sunset clause in TN Zoning Ordinance Section 513 (F) “Standards for Town Employee Accessory Apartments”

 

3.   Set “Town Council Goal Setting Session” for 2021/2022 (continued from December 16, 2020)

 

4.   Establish a Town Council Work Session Topic Plan for next 6 months (continued from December 16, 2020)
