2.   Town Council meeting as Board of License Commissioners to Receive and Act on Transfer Application of BV Liquor License: Transfer of Class BV liquor license from Ernies Old Harbour Restaurant, Inc. Stockholders: Frederick J. Howarth, Jason Howarth & Deborah B. Howarth to Tail Finns, LLC (Member John J. Franchi) d/b/a Finn’s Seafood Restaurant, 212 Water Street, Plat 6 Lot 157

4.   Receive and act on recommendation to include costs of drop construction to 513 Accessory Apartments in the socialized construction costs of the Island Wide Broadband Network
