2.   Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment New Shoreham's Revised General Ordinances Chapter 8 Licenses and Business Regulations Article VII. Motor Vehicles for Hire to increase the seating capacity of taxis from 12 to 15.

 

3.   Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment New Shoreham's Revised General Ordinances Chapter 8 Licenses and Business Regulations Article VII. Motor Vehicles for Hire to define Operation or use of a motor vehicle for hire in a Point-to-Point Program, and allow motor vehicles for hire operating in a Point-to-Point Program to take multiple fares when there are other taxis available.

 

4.   Discuss and act on changes to Motor Vehicles For Hire Regulations recommended by Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission

 

5.   Discuss and act on June 9, 2021 Memorandum from Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire:

·         To reconsider Town Council vote of May 19, 2021 on “Receive and act on Communication from Motor Vehicles For Hire Commission, Request to establish rates for Point to Point service”

·         Taxi License Deferrals 2021

 

6.   Town Manager’s Report Update from the Harbors Department, Recreation Department, Island Free Library, Finance Division, Administration and Broadband Project
