Town Council Meeting as Board of License Commissioners: Receive and act on application for Transfer of Class BV liquor license from W.Food Group, LLC, Members: Jessica Wronowski & Adam Wronowski, d/b/a Finn’s to Ernie’s Old Harbour Restaurant, Inc. Stockholders Frederick J. Howarth, Jason Howarth & Deborah B. Howarth d/b/a Finn’s Seafood Restaurant, 212 Water Street, Plat 6, Lot 157
2. Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to the Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinances Pertaining to Solar Arrays: Section 517 Solar Energy Systems; Section 425 Criteria for Special Use Permits- Solar Energy Systems. The proposed language may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the hearing.
3. Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance II of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted May 27, 2020” as amended, pertaining to communal housing and other issues during the COVID-19 pandemic”
4. Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance III of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted June 24, 2020 Masks” as amended, pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic
5. Receive and act on Resolution in Appreciation of Peter Greenman, Blood Drive Coordinator of the Year
6. Discuss and act on summer transportation proposals:
· RIPTA proposal for Jitney pilot program for Summer 2021
· Communication from Taxi Licensees and some members of the Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission re: pilot shuttle service
7. Discuss and act on deer and pheasant hunting dates for 2022-2023
8. Discuss and act on Right of First Refusal and Fair Market Value of Salt Pond Settlement moderately priced unit
9. Receive and act on Engineer Jim Geremia’s recommendation to award the Roadway Improvements Project

12. Discuss and act on Petition to Bureau of Ocean Energy Management for the Town to have Consulting Party Status on the South Fork and Revolution Wind Farm Projects; discuss and act on retaining Legal Counsel

18. Discuss and act on potential acquisition of real estate where the premature disclosure would adversely affect the public interest. This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5): Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; and RIGL 42-46-5(a)(7) A matter related to the question of the investment of public funds where the premature disclosure would adversely affect the public interest. Public funds shall include any investment plan or matter related thereto, including, but not limited to, state lottery plans for new promotions.
