1.   Meeting with Block Island Health Services Board to discuss renovation/construction project and other issues of mutual concern

2.   Discuss and act on Town Council Rules of Procedure

3.   Discuss and act on Town Council Goals

4.   Discuss and act on matter pertaining to anticipated litigation which has not been made public where substantive discussions of strategy are necessary (This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a)(2) for discussions pertaining to litigation
