1.   Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance II of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted May 27, 2020” as amended, pertaining to communal housing and other issues during the COVID-19 pandemic”

 

2.   Discuss and act on possible amendment to the “Emergency Ordinance III of the Town of New Shoreham Adopted June 24, 2020 Masks” as amended, pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic

 

3.   Public Hearing on proposed change to New Shoreham Comprehensive Plan pursuant to request from the Planning Board, changing the Future Land Use Map designation for Plat 18 Lot 2-3 from low density residential to medium density residential.  The amendment may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the hearing.

 

4.   Public Hearing on proposed amendment to New Shoreham General Ordinances Chapter 8, Section 8-161, increasing the allowed seating capacity of taxicabs from twelve to fourteen. The amendment may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing. Any alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the hearing.

 

5.   Public Hearing on proposed change or changes to TNS General Ordinances Article 4, Sections 8-90 governing Motorized Cycle Rental.

 

6.   Set Public Hearing Date for Draft Amendments to Zoning Regulations relating to the size and massing of residential structures, Zoning Ordinances Section 514 Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones and Section 111 General Prohibitions

 

7.   Town Manager’s Report: Update from the Harbors Department, Recreation Department, Island Free Library, Finance Division, Admninstration and Broadband Project

23. Property negotiations: This discussion may be held in executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; and RIGL 42-46-5(a)(7) A matter related to the question of the investment of public funds where the premature disclosure would adversely affect the public interest. Public funds shall include any investment plan or matter related thereto, including, but not limited to, state lottery plans for new promotions.
