2.   Continued Item from June 29, 2022 & July 20, 2022: Show cause hearing regarding the potential Motorized Bicycle, Tricycle and Scooter license suspension of the license of Finnimore & Fisher, Inc. dba Island Moped for alleged violation of New Shoreham General Ordinance Section 8-82 Tags; Act on findings of fact and decision

 

3.   Receive and discuss update from School Committee regarding the school construction renovation project

 

4.   Discuss and act on advice and consent to the Town Manager on the employment of the Chief of Police to become effective upon receipt of Rhode Island certification

 

5.   Report on status of Moped Agreement

 

6.   Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:

a.   Resignation of Steve McQueeny and Kathy from the Old Harbor Task Force

b.   Reduce membership of Old Harbor Task Force
