This item may be held in closed session pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 42-46-5(a)(3) Discussions regarding the matter of security including, but not limited to, the deployment of security personnel or devices and Rhode Island General Laws 42-46-5(a)(4) any investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct, either civil or criminal
