6.      Receive and on act deer and pheasant hunting dates for 2022/2023 (previously submitted) and 2023/2024 (initial proposal to Town Council) seasons recommended by the Deer Task Force – recommendation includes Archery Hunting on Weekends and Holidays

 

7.      Discuss and act on hunting management issues such as cooler trucks, etc.

 

8.      Receive and Act on recommendation from Shellfish Commission re: Annual Shellfish Closure dates for Great Salt Pond

 

9.      Correspondence: Notice of Planning Board Public Meeting re: Master Plan for Major Subdivision for Blake & Michele Phelan, Plat 10, Lot 9

 

10.  Approve the minutes of: January 19, 2022, January 31, 2022

 

11.  Receive, discuss and act on Moped Settlement Agreement  (This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, or work sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation)
