1. Discuss and act on Cultural Heritage Partners update on South Fork and Revolution Wind Farm. 12. Discuss and act on Change Orders:
a. Change Order 1# to D’Ambra Construction Co. for paving Pilot Hill Road and Payne Road increasing the total by $45,320.58
b. Change Order #2 to Boyle & Fogarty Construction Co. for the water main replacement on Water Street project reducing the total by $204,082.98
13. Discuss and act on resolution regarding affordable housing eligibility standards to include households in New Shoreham only whose adjusted gross income is less than one hundred and forty percent (140%) of the area median income
