1. Act to set Public Hearing Date for proposed amendment to Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance, Sections 202 and 306D defining and adding hawking and peddling and mobile food establishments as permitted uses in the Residential A Zone, but only at locations open to the public and established by the Town Council under the existing corresponding licensing provisions of Chapter 8, Article V, Section 8 applicable to such activities, and controlling State law.
