a.   Public Hearing: Discuss and act on a transfer of Class BV liquor license from Tail Finns, LLC, Member John J. Franchi d/b/a Finn’s Seafood Restaurant, to TMG – BI Operating, Inc. Stockholder: Thomas J. Martucci d/b/a To Be Determined, 212 Water Street, Plat 6, Lot 157

b.   Public Hearing: Discuss and act on a new application for an Outdoor Entertainment license for TMG – BI Operating, Inc., 212 Water Street, Plat 6, Lot 157

 

3.   Discuss and act on Block Island Attainable/Affordable Housing Funding Survey for consideration of future action to raise and/or allocate funding for such purpose

 

4.   Discuss and act on Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission recommendation to add a temporary fuel charge to the taxi rate

 

5.   Update from Sam P. Meadow Subcommittee regarding progress on development of the Sam P. Meadow property

 

6.   Discuss the Cannabis Act and act on a resolution to conduct a voter referendum on the November 8, 2022 ballot regarding the cannabis related licenses for cultivation, manufacturing, testing and sale of adult recreational use cannabis be issued in New Shoreham

 

7.   Review schematics of the Thomas Property development, Plat 8, Lot 218

 

8.   Discuss and act on the renewal of Carole Payne’s Mobile Food Establishment (MFE) permit

 

9.   Discuss and act on the contract for the Town Planner
