2.   Set Public Hearing: Proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance, Adding new section under Article 5 Performance Standards, new section 159 Affordable Housing

 

3.   Act on Proposed amendment to New Shoreham General Ordinances, Chapter 19, Article VII “Water Conservation”

 

4.   Lion’s Club request for a Class F Alcoholic Beverage license for the Run Around the Block road race at the Fred Benson Town Beach, Plat 5, Lot 1

 

5.   Receive and Act on Finance Director recommendations re:

a.   Act on recommendation to award bid for Professional Audit and Agreed-Upon Procedures Services

b.   Authorization of over expenditures of certain appropriations, not exceeding the adopted FY2022 Budget

c.   Assignment of 2022 capital and operating funds for use in 2023, renewal of prior years’ unexpended assignments and release of expired assignments

d.   Authorize transfer of landing fees to the General Fund

e.   Act on closing bank accounts for Old Harbor Task Force

f.    Act on opening bank account for Broadband Fund

g.   Receive and act on recommendation regarding uncollectible taxes

 

6.   Discuss and act on use proceeds from dissolution of Island Light and Power for debt repayment (adjust wording or defer as appropriate based on shareholder meeting)
