7. Meet with the Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire to discuss the Point to Point taxi service 
8. Discuss and act on request from Jim Murray for Town sponsorship of Blues on the Beach for the following dates: July 6 & 20, August 3, 17 & 31 
9. Approval of Rhode Island Cyber Security Grant Program application 
10. Discuss and act on resolutions regarding: 
a. Prohibiting the availability of Class C alcoholic beverage license
b. Opposition to bill S2135 relating to Alcoholic Beverages – Retail Licenses – Happy Hour
c. Opposition to bill H7198 relating to Binding Arbitration for Municipal Employees
d. Initiate legislation to amend tax rate structure on Block Island
11. Discuss and review New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance, Section 513, Accessory Apartments 
12. Discuss and act on Cultural Heritage contract re: South Fork, Sunrise and Revolution Wind Farms 
13. Correspondence: Keith Lewis re: Indoor mask mandate; Sarah Bacon re: transportation safety 
14. Minutes: February 16, 2022 (open and closed), February 17, 2022 (open and closed)

16. Discuss and act on acquisition of real estate – BIPCO property, Plat 17, Lot 35 where the premature disclosure would adversely affect the public interest. This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5): Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public; and RIGL 42-46-5(a)(7) A matter related to the question of the investment of public funds where the premature disclosure would adversely affect the public interest.
