2. Discuss and act on request from Maryann Matthews for a town resolution that supports state action to include the Manissean tribal Council Incorporated [a registered 501c3] to the long list of Rhode Island's non-profit organizations in statue Title 44-3-3 which exempts real and tangible property taxes assessed by the town.
3. Request from Block Island Yacht Club to allow alcohol at the Ball O’Brien Park for their annual picnic.
4. Update on legislative agenda
5. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads, Cable)
6. Discuss and act on Memo of Understanding from Rhode Island State Police for supplemental personnel of the summer
7. Ratify the Supplemental Agreement #3 between the Secretary of the Army and the Town of New Shoreham re: Wharf at Inner Basin, Harbor of Refuge, Block Island, RI
8. Discuss and act on scope of services for the New Harbor Vision Plan
9. Discuss and act on employment contracts for the Finance Director and the Town Clerk
10. Discuss and act on formation and appointment of Management Committee for Overlook Property
11. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:
a. Receive resignation from School Principal Kristine Monje regarding the Block Island School Building Committee
b. Appoint School Principal Kyle Riley to the Block Island School Building Committee
c. Announce vacancies
12. Approve minutes: April 12, 2022, April 14, 2022, April 29, 2022, May 3, 2022 (open and closed), May 4, 2022

Receive, discuss and act on update regarding negotiations between RI Council 94 AFSCME, AFL-CIO Local 2855 New Shoreham Employee’s Association and Town of New Shoreham and New Shoreham School Committee, This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, or work sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation
