2.   Set public hearing date for proposed Amendments to Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Section 514 Residential Structures in the RA and RB Zones; and Section 111 General Prohibitions A(5)(i) and (ii)

 

3.   Set a public hearing date for proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning ordinance re: Application to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of Christopher Warfel for proposed new section to Article 5, Section 519 Affordable Housing

 

4.   Discuss and act on request for a waiver of fees for Chris Warfel’s Application to Amend the Zoning Ordinance re: 519 Affordable Housing

 

5.   Discuss and act on new application for a Mobile Food Establishment permit for Bethany’s Airport Diner

 

6.   Mobile Food Establishment Permits:

a.   Discuss and Act to set the Cap for 2023

b.   Discuss and Act on request to use Town property – Block Island Gourmet, LLC, and Andiamo Zeke

 

7.   Hawkers & Peddlers Licenses:

a.   Discuss and Act to set the Cap for 2023

b.   Discuss and Act on request to use Town property: Julia Gasner

 

8.   Discuss and act to set locations for 2023 Mobile Food Establishments and Hawkers and Peddlers

 

9.   Discuss and act on Green Bond Economy Resolution

 

10. Discuss and act on tax adjustment to Merkler/McAloon, Plat 9, Lot 58-7, Acct # P-133995 to account for the Open Space designation

 

11. Discuss and act to award bids for:

a.   Upgrades to the HVAC equipment that serves the main area of the Island Free Library to Control Systems for $33,857

b.   Modification to the Middle Bay of the Beach Avenue Fire Barn to Stixman Construction, Inc. for $75,000

 

12. Announce vacancies on Board, Commission and Committees:

i.    Deer Task Force (3)

ii.   Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire (1)

iii.  Police Advisory Commission (1)

iv.  Historic District Commission (1)

 

13. Approve minutes: October 19, 2022; October 22, 2022 open and closed; October 28, 2022 open and closed
