Board of License Commissioners

Present: First Warden, Andre Boudreau Commissioner Keith Stover, Sven Risom, Martha Ball and Mark Emmanuelle.

 

First Warden Boudreau called the meeting to order at 1:03pm

 

First Warden Boudreau made a motion to continue the public hearing for Items 1-3 to a date certain, November 29, 2022 at 12:00pm. Sven Risom seconded the motion. All were in favor, the motion carried.

Ayes: 5 (Boudreau, Risom, Stover, Ball, Emmanuelle)         Nays: 0            Absent: 0 ()

 

1.   Continued Item: Receive and act on Class BV Beverage license application of Shoreham, Inc. Stockholder: Steven C. Filippi, d/b/a Ballard’s Inn, Water Street

 

2.   Continued Item: Receive and act on Outdoor Entertainment license application of Shoreham, Inc. d/b/a Ballard’s Inn, Water Street

 

3.   Discuss and act on imposition of license condition on all liquor licenses (or all liquor licenses within particular liquor beverage class(es)) related to establishments ensuring patrons do not leave licensed premises with open alcoholic beverage containers. 

 

At 1:04pm First Warden Boudreau made a motion to adjourn the meeting, the motion was seconded by Sven Risom. All were in favor and the motion carried.
