4.   Continued Item from 11/22/2022 and 11/29/2022: Discuss and act on imposition of license condition on all liquor licenses (or all liquor licenses within particular liquor beverage class(es)) related to establishments ensuring patrons do not leave licensed premises with open alcoholic beverage containers.
