1. Meet with the School Committee and discuss the school renovation project: 
a. Introduction of Owner Project Manager
b. Review project/construction timeline
7:00 p.m.
3. Public Hearing: Receive and act on proposed amendments to Town of New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Article 2, Section 202 Definitions; Article 4, Section 405 (H) Affordable Housing, Article 5, Section 513 Accessory Apartments 
4. Discuss and act on potential ferry speed restrictions 
5. Review of financial reports 
6. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, School Construction Project, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads) 
7. Receive update regarding RI Department of Transportation visit 
8. Discuss and act on the Coast Guard Station tenant 
9. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees: 
a. Accept resignation from Steve McQueeny from the Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire
b. Discuss and act on possible vacancy on Historic District Commission
c. Appoint members to School Building Committee: 2 one-year terms knowledge of educational mission & facility function; community member w/ architectural, engineering or construction experience
d. Announce vacancies:
i. Deer Task Force (3)
ii. Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire (2)
iii. Police Advisory Commission (1)
10. Approve minutes: October 3, 2022, October 5, 2022 open and closed, October 6, 2022
