7.   Public Hearing: Discuss and act on proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning ordinance re: Application to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of Christopher Warfel for proposed new section to Article 5, Section 519 Affordable Housing Video

 

8.   Discuss ordinance amendments and potentially act on setting a public hearing date for New Shoreham General Ordinances, Article II Amusements and New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Article Section 111(A)(15) General Prohibitions; Section 311(D) Old Harbor Commercial Zone/Permitted Uses; Section 202 Definitions Gaming Device; Section 312(D) New Harbor Commercial Zone/Permitted Uses Video

 

9.   Discuss and act on requests of Motor Vehicles for Hire Commission: Video

f.    Increase of the taxi rates: base rate from New Harbor area to Bluffs/SE Light (add $2), dirt road charge ($6 to end of certain roads), bike fee ($1 increase), tour rate (increase $15), lowering the minimum fare age (6 to 4), after hours surcharge (add $5)

g.   Continuance of the $1.00 fuel charge

h.   Consider amendment to ordinance defining Courtesy Vehicle
