1.   Discussion of a grievance filed pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement.  This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (9) Sessions pertaining to any hearings on, or discussion of, a grievance filed pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement.

 

2.   Discuss and act potential property purchase Plat 6, Lot 90-9. This discussion may be held in executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.

7.   Discuss proposed amendment to New Shoreham General Ordinances Article II, Amusements Sec 8-16 through Sec. 8-23 and act to set a public hearing date

 

8.   Set public hearing date for proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning ordinance re: Application to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of Mark Tillson requesting amendment of Section 202(A)(112) Definitions – Lot Area

 

9.   Discuss and act on lease agreement for the Town’s Hospitality Center located in Old Harbor for a term of two years at $10,000 per year
