1. Discuss and act on litigation, Town of New Shoreham v. Empire Productions Inc. (WC-2023-0288), including temporary and permanent injunctive relief; this item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) sessions pertaining to litigation

4. Hold public hearing and discuss and act on proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning ordinance re: Application to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of Marc Tillson requesting amendment of Section 513(D)(1)(f) Accessory Dwelling Units by Special Use Permit – Lot Area
5. Hold public hearing and discuss and act on proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance Section 602 Administration, Enforcement and Duties
a. Property tax classification

c. Traffic and transportation (Low speed electric vehicles, shuttle, update taxi/shuttle)

7. Meet with the Block Island Chamber of Commerce to discuss and act on:
a) Condition and usage of the Visitor Center, guest bathrooms, guest lockers and traffic
b) Request complete closure of Weldon’s Way from December 3rd – 10th to construct an annual outdoor winter festival area

9. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, School Construction Project, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads)
10. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:
a. Appointment of Conservation Commission member term expiring December 2023
b. Announce vacancies:
i. Water District Commission (1 one-year)
ii. Sewer District Commission (1 one-year)
iii. Police Advisory Commission (term exp. 7/2028)
