a.   License caps: removing/eliminating unissued licenses (Class C, D, E, T, G, GD, J, L, K, ED)

b.   Class F & F1 licenses: restrictions and limiting availability

c.   New Shoreham Liquor Rules and Regulations: review for potential amendments

2.   Review Outdoor Entertainment License ordinance
