1. Discuss and act on technological security issues at town hall. This discussion may be held in executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(3) (Discussion regarding the matter of security including, but not limited to, the deployment of security personnel or devices).
2. Discuss and act potential purchase of Plat 6, Lot 90-9. This discussion may be held in executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public.

10. Receive update from Block Island Fire and Rescue regarding ambulance transport
11. Discuss and act on a resolution allowing the New Shoreham Police Department to collaborate with nonadjacent RI municipalities and police departments through a proposed statewide mutual agreement
12. Review of financial reports
13. Discuss and act on moving funds from the Contingency line to the Deer Management line 
14. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, School Construction Project, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads)
15. Discuss and act on appointment of Danial Prentiss as special legal counsel representing the Town re: CRMC Application No. 2022-12-023 Ballards Inn Realty, LLC and to direct the Town Solicitors and Attorney Prentiss to participate in CRMC Application No. 2022-12-023 process in order to ensure Town natural resources are protected
16. Discuss with the Town Manager ongoing grant acquisition strategy and plans, including staffing requirements
17. Review and announce budget hearing schedule
18. Discuss and act on appointment of Town Lobbyist: Mayfourth Group
19. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees: 
a. Act on exception to Charter provision prohibiting a Town Council member from serving on any board or commission re: Neal Murphy to Tourism Council
b. Appoint Island Light and Power Shareholders (two shareholders – currently Sven Risom and Martha Ball)
c. Appoint Alternate member to Zoning Board, term expiring Dec. 2023
d. Appoint member to Tourism Council, term expiring Dec. 2024
e. Appoint Town Council member to Sam P. Meadow Property Management Committee, term expiring May 2023
