8. Discuss and act on lease agreement for the Town’s Hospitality Center located in Old Harbor at $10,000 per year 
9. Discuss and act on recommendations from the Harbors Committee: 
a. Prohibiting off-season live-on-boards in water of Old Harbor from November 1, to May 1
b. Requiring live-on-boards in the waters of the Town of New Shoreham to carry liability, hull and environmental insurance
10. Discuss and act on Rhode Island Municipal Education Compact 
11. Discuss and act on a Resolution Welcoming the Golden Rule Peace Ship to Rhode Island in support of a nuclear free world
