1.   Discuss and act on potential litigation, Re: Decision of Town of New Shoreham Zoning Board of Review, recorded on May 12, 2023 in Book 570, Page 14 of the Town's Land Evidence Records, related to an appeal by Appellant, Aldo’s Bakery, of a decision of the Town Zoning Official regarding Plat 6, Lot 89. This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) sessions pertaining to litigation or reasonably anticipated litigation.
