7.   Receive, discuss and act on presentation from Second Warden Risom and Town Council Member Molly O’Neill regarding the potential plans/ideas for the visitor center

10. Discuss and act on an extension of the Town’s contract with Block Island Recycling Management to operate the Transfer Station
