2.   Discuss and potentially act on execution of the Right of First Refusal to purchase properties Plat 5, Lot 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 136, 147 and 157. Discussions will include other Right of First Refusal Holders Block Island Conservancy and Block Island Land Trust.  This discussion may be held in executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5) Any discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public
