1. Discuss and act on potential litigation regarding High View Lane emergency sewer repairs. This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a)(2) sessions pertaining to litigation or reasonably anticipated litigation.

2. Discuss and act on an application for six F1 liquor licenses for Persephone’s Kitchen on September 7, September 14, September 21 and September 28, 2023 at 235 Dodge Street, Plat 6, Lot 132

7. Discuss and act on the Town’s participation in the September 17th Island Celebration to honor and thank the Block Island Fire and Rescue, other RI Fire Departments, first responders and volunteers that assisted with the fire and logistics during the weekend of August 19th 
8. Discuss and act to prioritize and assign fall/winter goals: Traffic & transportation, property tax classification, affordable housing, parking, Zoning Ordinance review, licensing review, New Harbor plan, trash disposal rate structure, revenue opportunities, inventorying Town properties, visitor center plan
9. Receive update from the U.S. Small Business Administration regarding disaster recovery assistance
10. Receive report of Library Director Kristin Baumann 
11. Receive and act on recommendation from the North Light Commission for approval of bid for lantern repair and painting for the North Light
12. Discuss and act on request from Flowering Spade, LLC, 1033 Corn Neck Road to temporarily remove two stone pillars on the Hodge Property to widen the entrance for construction vehicles and reinstall them to a width acceptable to the Fire Chief
13. Discuss and act on update regarding Sam P. Meadow property uses: 2-3 parking spaces, picnic tables, mowed path
14. Discuss and act to accept the recommendation of the Town Manager and award the bid for 2023 construction of a custom cape and a duplex on the Thomas Property
15. Discuss and act to accept the recommendation from the Public Works Director to award the bid for Building Official services to 4Leaf, Inc.
16. Discuss and act to ratify the extension of the tax due date grace period on property tax payments to September 30, 2023
17. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:
a. Appoint Police Advisory member extending the upcoming term five months, expiring December 2028
b. Announce vacancies:
i. Water District Commission (1 one-year)
ii. Sewer District Commission (1 one-year)
