1.   Discuss negotiations between RI Council 94 AFSCME, AFL-CIO Local 2855 New Shoreham Employee’s Association and Town of New Shoreham and New Shoreham School Committee. This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, or work sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation.

2.   Discuss and act on budget line amendments to the FY2025 budget

3.   Act to adopt Town of New Shoreham FY2025 budget for submission to the Financial Town Meeting

4.   Discuss and act on authorization of the Town Manager to submit a Request to Exceed Property Tax Cap to RI Division of Municipal Finance based on Debt Service Increase for FY25

5.   Discuss and act on authorization of the Town Manager to submit a Request to Exceed Property Tax Cap to RI Division of Municipal Finance and RI Auditor General based on Substantial Tax Base Growth for FY25

6.   Discuss Homestead Tax Exemption

7.   Discuss and act on reallocation of $37,000 from Capital/Old Harbor Utilities to Dredging Old Harbor Dock area and award emergency dredging contract to A. Transue Corp for $63,000
