1.      Receive update from Town Attorneys regarding Miles-Un-Ltd., Inc. application for Motorized Tricycle, Bicycle and Scooter (Moped) Rental License.  This item may be held in closed session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a)(2) for sessions pertaining to litigation or reasonably anticipated litigation.

2.      Continued item: Discuss and act on annual renewal of Motorized Tricycle, Bicycle and Scooter (Moped) Rental License for the 2025 licensing year for Miles-Un-Ltd., Inc.

3.      Brainstorm and discuss Town Council priorities for the upcoming year.

4.      Schedule special Town Council meetings (Training/education, Department Heads, Lobbyist, Interstate Navigation)
