1. Discuss and act on an application for four F1 liquor licenses for Persephone’s Kitchen on July 18th, July 25th, August 1st and August 8th, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at 235 Dodge Street, Plat 6, Lot 132
Town Council Agenda
a. Approval of minutes: June 11, 2024; June 20, 2024 open and closed
b. Approval of Mobile Food Establishment Permit for Carole Payne d/b/a Payne’s Killer Donuts, Plat 5, Lot 104 Ocean Avenue

7. Hold public hearing and act on proposed amendment to New Shoreham General Ordinances adding a new Article to Chapter 8 Licenses and Business Regulations: Article XII. Residential Short-Term Rentals, Sections 8-320 – 8-331 
8. Hold public hearing and act on proposed amendment to New Shoreham Zoning Ordinance regarding Tour Business, adding to Article 2, 202 Definitions, Article 3, adding Sections 306 – 312 and amending the Zoning Appendix B – Use Categories Allowed by Zoning District table
9. Discuss and act on the inclusion of a local question on the November General Election ballot re: to authorize spending for the purchase a portable saltwater pump for the Fire Department and safety upgrades at police dispatch 
10. Discuss and act on additions to the fee schedule:

a. Resolution of the Town of New Shoreham approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for financing capital improvements to the sewer system of the Town
b. Resolution of the Town of New Shoreham approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 to finance the repair, replacement, and/or improvements of Town roads and bridges
c. Resolution of the Town of New Shoreham approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $10,400,000 to finance the additions, renovations, improvements, alterations and repairs for schools and school facilities in the Town
13. Discuss and act on the approval of the employment contract for Allison Carley, Director of Human Services
14. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, School Construction Project, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads, Human Services)
15. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:
a. Acknowledge resignation of Judith Cyronak from the Zoning Board
b. Appointments:
i. School Superintendent Michael Convery as an ex-officio member of the School Building Committee
ii. Robert Closter filling the unexpired term of Judith Cyronak on the Zoning Board, term expiring 12/2026
c. Announce vacancies:
i. Commission on Motor Vehicles for Hire: One (not MVFH licensee) (term exp. 12/2026)
ii. Sewer District Commission: Two Alternate positions (1-year terms exp. 4/2025)
iii. Water District Commission: Two Alternate positions (1-year terms exp. 4/2025)
