1.   Discuss and act on potential litigation, Re: Class BV Beverage License Renewal Application - Re:  Shoreham, Inc. d/b/a Ballard’s Inn, Water Street, in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) sessions pertaining to litigation or reasonably anticipated litigation.

2.   Discuss and act on negotiations between RI Council 94 AFSCME, AFL-CIO Local 2855 New Shoreham Employee’s Association and Town of New Shoreham and New Shoreham School Committee. This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to RI General Laws 42-46-5(a) (2) Sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation, or work sessions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation.

c.   Approve MOU with RI Office of Energy Resources for $3,246.11 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant toward HVAC improvements at the Island Free Library

9.   Discuss and act to award APRA Funded Community Mini-Grants

 

10. Adoption of the Town of New Shoreham Written Information Security Program (WISP) regarding the safeguarding of personally identifiable information and compliance with privacy and security regulations

 

11. Receive update on the homestead tax exemption

 

12. Receive and act on recommendation to award contract for FY2025 Roadway Improvement Project to J.H. Lynch & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $1,352,470
