1.      Discuss and act to provide advice and consent on the recommendations of the Town Manager as follows:

a.       Approve the creation of the temporary job and job description of the Town Clerk and Interim Director of Administration

b.      Appoint Millicent Highet as Town Clerk and Interim Director of Administration for a six-month period

c.       Appoint Mona Dwyer Helterline as Interim Finance Director for a six-month period

 

2.      Act to approve the employment agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and Amy Lewis Land as Interim Town Manager for a six-month period expiring March 31, 2025

 

3.      Act to approve the employment agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and Mona Dwyer Helterline as Interim Finance Director for a six-month period expiring March 31, 2025

 

4.      Act to approve the employment agreement between the Town of New Shoreham and Millicent Highet as Town Clerk and Interim Director of Administration for a six-month period expiring March 31, 2025

 

5.      Act to authorize the appointment of Laurel Payne as Deputy Town Clerk

 

6.      Administer the Oath of Office to Deputy Town Clerk Laurel Payne

 

7.      Act to ratify the approval and adoption of New Shoreham Harbor Management Plan

 

8.       Act on Assignment, Assumption, and Consent Agreement with Crocker Communications, Inc and RingSquared CC LLC related to the acquisition of assets of Crocker Communications (ISP for BroadbandBI) by RingSquared CC LLC
