1.   Receive and discuss updates on Water District projects: SCADA (automated operations system) and Water Capacity Expansion Project

2.   Receive and discuss update on Sewer District USDA/Old Harbor Pump Station project

3.   Discuss and act on amending Article VI. Sewer Allocation and Cost, Section 19-465(3)(b) regarding the contribution to be made by each person adding sewer flow – allowing public allocation to be discounted

4.   Discuss and act on amendments to the Management Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham, the Water Commission and the Sewer Commission:

a.   Update language to reflect the settlement agreement reached in January 2024 - Item 5(c): The Town Manager and the Director of Public Works will have no role in managing the financial accounts of either the New Shoreham Sewer District nor the New Shoreham Water District. Further, amounts to be transferred totaling $10,000 or more will require explicit, written approval by both the District Superintendent and Commission Chair.

b.   Update Item 5(e):  Fiscal Year to Sewer District Fee and Fiscal Year to Water District Fee (no change to fee)

c.   Update signatories and meeting date

1.   Discuss and act on appeal for Special Event License filed out of time by Neal Murphy. Event to be held on October 31, 2024 at 508 Old Town Road.
