10.   Discuss and act on increasing the fine for Outdoor Entertainment License violations

 

11.   Discuss and act on changes to the Management Agreement between the Town of New Shoreham, the New Shoreham Sewer District and the New Shoreham Water District, including the fee for payroll services, ahead of the joint annual meeting October 19, 2026

 

12.   Discuss and act on the 99-year lease between the Town of New Shoreham and the Block Island Post No. 36 American Legion, Plat 5, Lot 71
