a. Act to approve minutes: January 5, 2026 and January 8, 2026
b. Act to reset the membership of the New Shoreham Local 250 Committee from 8 members to 7 members, eliminating Jane Conway from the committee
c. Receive Correspondence:
i. William Landry on behalf of Salt Pond Settlement re: ensuring recognition and protection of a 10’ right of way across the Sam P. Meadow in favor of Salt Pond Settlement
ii. Adam Wronowski of Block Island Express re: landing fee payment remitted for the 2025 season
