10. Receive Town Manager’s update regarding the Building Department operations and staffing
11. Approve recommendation from Town Manager and authorize award for On-Call Engineering Services: James J. Geremia & Associates, Inc.; VHB, Inc.; Foth Infrastructure & Environmental, LLC; GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
12. Receive and act on recommendation from Town Manager to allocate $10,000 to support a Block Island Ticks and Tick-borne Pathogen Surveillance Pilot Program through RI DEM in coordination with RI DOH
