1.      Show cause hearing of TMG BI Operating, LLC d/b/a OneBI Steak & Oyster, 212 Water Street, Plat 6, Lot 157, regarding the alleged violation(s) of town ordinances and outdoor entertainment license provisions, including, unlawfully allowing outdoor entertainment or amplification of sound outside the prescribed hours of Monday through Sunday from 12:00 noon to 9:00pm, to show cause why the outdoor entertainment license should not be revoked, cancelled, suspended, and/or the imposition of fines or other penalties should not issue.
