b.       Approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for financing the repair, replacement and/or improvement of Town roads and bridges

c.       Approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $942,000 for financing capital improvements at the Block Island Water District

d.       Approving the issuance of bonds and/or notes in an amount not to exceed $1,100,000 for financing the Town’s contribution to the acquisition, outfitting and equipping of a pumper/fire engine
